Thius DVD is part of a series of parent training presentations given by SarinaKier, for various associations in BC. The DVDs are presented in a casual user-friendly format designed to empower parents with specific tools for success.

In this DVD you will learn how to set up goals and strategies that will work best for your cjhildren. You will be exposed to new skills, technology or transitional strategies that should be in place when considering the demands of their academic and social year. You will be shown how to break down goals, objectives and strategies and discuss what to consider under each heading. Learn how to make sure that you have a well written document that will facilitate appropriate support. This DVD will also inform you about government designations, your rights as parents and the IEP process.
